for buttermilk, balance the sour flavor of citric acid in soft beverage; prevent rancidification in
dairy products.or as anchoring agent for cheese and meat;gelling agent for pudding,fruit
juice; emulsifier and stabilizer for cheese and ice cream. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used
as anticoagulant, or preservatives for syrup preparation.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer
layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse,kept
